Hello, I’m Becky, founder of Leading Beyond Ltd. I live in Sheffield with my husband and son, and I bring over 20 years of public sector experience, including 16 years in healthcare across acute trusts, mental health, primary care and national bodies.

What drives me is simple - I care about people and about making work better. I have led teams, built partnerships, and delivered improvements that made services more effective and workplaces healthier for staff. I understand the realities of leading under pressure, managing multi million pound budgets and navigating complex governance.

My expertise covers strategy, organisation design, improvement, compliance and risk. I have supported organisations through tough regulatory assessments and helped save millions by cutting inefficiencies and improving quality. Beyond the data, my focus has always been on people. I listen, collaborate and create change that lasts.

I founded Leading Beyond Ltd to help leaders and teams move past firefighting and frustration, and instead build clarity, confidence and capability so that people, services and outcomes thrive together.
