Hello, I’m Becky, Director of Leading Beyond. I live in Sheffield with my husband and son, and bring over 20 years of public sector experience, including 16 years in healthcare across acute trusts, mental health, primary care and national organisations.

My work has always centred on people and performance. I have led teams, built partnerships and delivered large-scale improvements which strengthened services and created healthier working environments. I understand the realities of senior leadership, operating under pressure, balancing complex governance and financial accountability, and making decisions which carry consequence.

My experience spans strategy, organisational design, service improvement, compliance and risk. I have supported teams through demanding regulatory environments and helped release significant savings by improving flow, reducing inefficiency and strengthening quality.

Alongside the technical work, I pay close attention to how people experience change, because this shapes whether improvements take hold and last.

I founded Leading Beyond to help capable leaders and teams build on what already works, bring greater clarity and discipline to how they operate, and strengthen performance in ways which are practical, sustainable and grounded in real organisational life.
