I coach and support senior leaders and professionals to build confidence in tough conversations, reconnect with their leadership identity during times of change, and step into bigger roles with clarity and courage.


Ethical and Professional Standards


As a Professional Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I coach in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and engage in regular professional supervision. This ensures my practice is grounded in integrity, confidentiality, and continuous development.
I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD, bringing over 16 years of senior leadership experience in the NHS and public sector to my coaching.
Coaching Style
My coaching is relational, reflective, and adaptive. I create a psychologically safe environment where you can slow down, think clearly, and explore what matters most. Clients often describe my style as calm, containing, and gently challenging; balancing empathy with the kind of questioning that leads to fresh insight.

I pay close attention to what is said and unsaid, using silence, observation, and intuitive prompts to help you access the thinking that sits beneath the surface.
I integrate proven models and frameworks when they serve your process, but never as a default, ensuring each session is tailored to your needs, pace, and goals.

I keep pricing simple and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

1:1 Coaching (Online)
​For individuals (self-funded 1:1 coaching):

Single session (90 minutes): £150

3 sessions: £420 (saving £30)

6 sessions: £800 (saving £100)

For organisations (sponsored 1:1 coaching):

Single session (90 minutes): £300

3 sessions: £900

6 sessions: £1,800 (includes contracting, progress reporting, and optional 3-way meetings).

Team Coaching & Group Programmes
Team and group coaching is tailored to the size of the group, the outcomes you want to achieve, and whether sessions are delivered virtually or in person. As a guide, team coaching programmes typically start from £1,500. Final pricing depends on the scope of work, number of participants, and any supporting workshops or reports.

Approach & Tools

No two coaching relationships are the same. I shape each engagement around your goals, your pace, and the way you work best. My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that open new thinking, and create a safe space for you to explore ideas and challenges from fresh perspectives.

Sometimes we work entirely through conversation and reflection. Other times, I’ll introduce a model or tool to give shape to our discussion, perhaps using Transactional Analysis to explore a tricky relationship dynamic, the Wheel of Life to bring balance into focus, or a framework like GROW or CLEAR to help clarify your next steps. For leaders driving change, I may also bring in principles from Lean or Six Sigma to support operational insight alongside personal growth.

These tools are never used for the sake of it. They’re chosen with care, introduced only when they genuinely deepen understanding or unlock progress. The emphasis is always on what’s most useful for you in the moment, keeping the coaching process flexible, focused, and entirely your own.

I work virtually with clients across the UK and offer face-to-face coaching within South Yorkshire.
Packages typically include 3, 6, or 12 sessions, tailored to your needs and schedule. I also offer single-session coaching for specific goals or challenges.
