Coaching Services
Let’s Start With a Conversation...
Whether you’re stepping into a new leadership role, navigating organisational change, or rethinking your career direction, coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I coach and support senior leaders and professionals to build confidence in tough conversations, reconnect with their leadership identity during times of change, and step into bigger roles with clarity and courage.

Ethical and Professional Standards

As a Professional Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I coach in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and engage in regular professional supervision. This ensures my practice is grounded in integrity, confidentiality, and continuous development.
I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD, bringing over 16 years of senior leadership experience in the NHS and public sector to my coaching.

Coaching Style
My coaching style is calm, thoughtful, and quietly challenging. I create a space where you can think clearly, feel heard, and work through complexity without pressure or judgement. Clients often describe feeling grounded, supported, and gently stretched to see things in a new way.
I listen carefully; not just to what’s said, but to what sits underneath. I notice shifts in tone, energy, and pace, and reflect these back to help you slow down and make sense of what’s really going on. I’ll ask questions that prompt clarity, surface insight, and support you to move forward with greater intention.

Each conversation is shaped around you: your pace, your goals, and your way of thinking. My role is to hold the space with steadiness, curiosity, and respect, so that real reflection and growth can happen.

Approach & Tools

No two coaching journeys are the same. I tailor each engagement to your goals, pace, and processing style. My role is to listen attentively, ask questions that challenge and clarify, and create a space where you can think deeply, feel safely, and act with intention.

Sometimes the coaching is fully conversational: reflective, grounded, and shaped by the dynamic in the room. At other times, I offer tools or models that support fresh insight. These might include Transactional Analysis to explore communication or relationship patterns, the Wheel of Life to reflect on balance, or frameworks like GROW, CLEAR or STEER to structure thinking when choices feel complex or unclear.

I also work with senior leaders navigating organisational change, often bringing in Lean and Six Sigma principles to connect operational clarity with personal growth. These tools aren't used to solve problems, but to create reflective space around influence, systems, and leadership direction.

One of the most meaningful tools I’ve developed is Your Hurdles & Beyond™, a metaphor-based framework that helps clients visualise and navigate their journey, stage by stage. It’s been especially powerful for clients managing transition, facing internal or external blockers, or looking to reconnect with clarity, agency, and momentum.

All tools are used sparingly and with purpose. I never impose a model. Instead, I offer it if it feels right as something we explore together, not a formula to follow. The emphasis is always on what serves your growth in the moment, keeping the coaching fluid, client-led, and rooted in what matters most to you.
