Executive Coaching
for Individuals
Space to think, clarity to act & confidence to lead.
Executive coaching for individuals who carry senior responsibility and want to lead with more intention, less reactivity, and a clearer sense of what they're doing and why.
This isn't coaching that tells you what to do. It's a confidential, reflective space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and find the clarity that gets crowded out by pace and pressure.
Does this sound familiar?
-
You're carrying senior responsibility and there's no space to just think; every conversation is a decision, an escalation or a demand.
-
You know what needs to change about how you lead, but you haven't had the time or the right environment to work it out.
-
You're navigating a transition, perhaps it's a new role, increased visibility, or a change in what's expected of you, and you'd benefit from thinking it through with someone independent.
-
Confidence is being tested. Not because you're not capable, but because the pressure is relentless and there's nowhere to process it.
-
You want to lead differently (more intentionally, more sustainably) but aren't sure where to start.
Executive coaching creates the space to work through all of this; at your pace, in your direction, with someone who genuinely understands the environment you're leading in.
Who this is for...
-
HR Directors and senior
-
HR leaders
-
L&D and OD leaders
-
Recruitment leaders and agency owners
-
Operational and senior managers

Executive coaching at Leading Beyond is for leaders who value depth over quick fixes, who want to understand themselves better, lead more consciously, and build the kind of clarity and resilience that sustains performance over time.
It works equally well for individuals investing in their own development privately, and for organisations sponsoring coaching as part of leadership development or succession planning.

Becky's approach to coaching...
This isn't coaching that tells you what to do.
Becky's approach is relational, reflective and emotionally attuned. She creates a space where you can slow down, reconnect with what matters, and access the kind of clarity that gets crowded out by pace and pressure.

She won't come in with a plan for you. Instead she listens carefully, to what you say, how you say it, and what you haven't said yet. She pays close attention to language, metaphor and the moments where something shifts. And she trusts that the right answers are already in the room - her job is to help you find them.

Clients describe working with Becky as "held, not pushed." Sessions feel calm and safe, but not comfortable in a way that avoids the hard stuff. She challenges with care, asking the question that changes the angle, sitting with silence when that's what's needed, and staying curious rather than giving advice.

Her background as a senior operational leader means she understands the world her clients are in - the pace, the accountability, the relational complexity. But she never lets that familiarity slide into telling you what she would do. The work stays yours.
Psychologically safe
You'll be able to say what you actually think, not what you think you should say.
Honest and direct
Warm, but not soft.
Becky will name what she notices, kindly and clearly.
Client-led
The agenda is yours.
Becky follows your thinking, not a fixed framework.
Grounded in evidence
Draws on a wide range of coaching frameworks — used selectively, never prescriptively.

Becky has developed her own metaphor-based coaching framework:
Your Hurdles & Beyond™
The framework supports clients in visualising and working through their challenges at their own pace.

Rather than a fixed programme, it's a co-created approach that helps you break down complexity into manageable stages, building momentum and confidence through intentional, small steps forward. It's particularly useful for leaders navigating transition, change or a significant shift in role or identity.

Every coaching contract is tailored, but typically includes:
-
A chemistry conversation to explore fit, context and what you're hoping to achieve.
-
Clear contracting - so both parties know what coaching is, what it isn't, and how we'll work together.
-
1:1 sessions of 90 minutes, delivered virtually via MS Teams or in person across South Yorkshire.
-
Reflective tools and frameworks used selectively, in service of your thinking, not as a fixed structure.
-
Space for both emotional processing and practical forward thinking.
-
Mid-contract review to ensure the work remains aligned with what you need.
-
Continuity and follow-through - Becky keeps detailed notes and brings genuine care to every session.

Coaching may be short-term and focused, or longer-term to support sustained development. Frequency and format are agreed together at the start.

What clients typically experience:
-
Greater clarity on priorities, boundaries and what to stop doing.
-
Stronger decision-making confidence, even in ambiguous or high-stakes situations.
-
A steadier, more intentional leadership approach that reduces reactive patterns.
-
More effective influence with peers, teams and senior stakeholders.
-
Improved self-awareness - understanding how you show up and the impact you have.
-
A clearer sense of leadership identity and what you're working toward.
