Coaching is a collaborative, adult‑to‑adult process.
I work reflectively and responsively, paying close attention to language, emotional cues, pace and relational dynamics.
Sessions are calm, containing and gently challenging, creating space for insight without rushing to solutions.

Where helpful, we draw on established coaching and leadership models, including Transactional Analysis, the Drama Triangle, GROW, CLEAR, STEER, the Four I’s of Transformational Leadership, Ikigai and systems thinking. Models are used flexibly, in service of the client, not as a fixed framework.

We also use our own metaphor‑based approach, Your Hurdles & Beyond™, to help individuals and teams navigate complexity, confidence and transition at a pace that feels manageable and purposeful.

All coaching is underpinned by clear contracting, ethical practice and regular supervision.
