Team Reset & Development is a single, high-impact facilitated session (half day or full day) designed to give teams the protected space they rarely get: time to step back from the day-to-day, surface what's working and what isn't, and leave with clear, practical commitments they actually own.

Becky works with you before the session to understand the team's context, dynamics and what you're hoping to achieve. The session itself is structured but not rigid, designed to create space for honest conversation, shared reflection and genuine agreement.

The session can be delivered in person or virtually. In-person is strongly recommended where possible as the quality of conversation is different when people are in the same room.
